Which show(s) do you host?

I present the Gracey Noon In The Afternoon show on Tuesdays from 12 noon ’til 3pm. There is music from all genres from past decades to the present day. It’s a little bit chaotic just like me with lots of fun and laughter spreading positive vibes for all our listeners. I am happy to promote events and organisations across Warrington so please contact me for a shoutout!

What is your background?

I have always been an extrovert and love to perform whether it be musical theatre, acting or ballroom/latin dancing. Performance has always been at the centre of everything I do. I graduated from Salford University with a First Class Honours degree in Media and Performance and have worked freelance behind the scenes on film, TV and commercials. I love being on set, seeing how the magic is created but my dream is to entertain.

Why is music your passion?

Music makes me dance and boosts my mood! I’ve blasted music from my bedroom from such a young age and would take myself off just to listen. My taste is so varied; I love introducing myself to different artists and listen to literally anything from country and R&B to Indie, Soul, Reggae and Pop.

Why Radio Warrington?

As part of my degree I studied radio as one of the modules and LOVED it. If I’m honest I love listening to myself in the headphones (lol). I love to talk knowing I can put a smile on everybody’s face. The beauty of Radio Warrington is being able to personalise my show with friends, family and everyone listening, requesting songs and promoting where I live! There’s no place like Wazza.

Tell us something interesting about you?

I was an elf in Lapland for 6 weeks in 2022, not just a regular elf but Wendy Wood who was one of the main character elves. I can do a cracking elf accent! Take a look at my Instagram “Graceynoon” to see my career to date.
